All tenants need to register including information about their personal vehicles. You must notify us a week prior to next month billing cycle if you will terminate your lease. • Storage Space Cost Is $165 Per Space/per Month with 1x refundable security of $80. Total $245 for complete month.
• Prorated month rates applies: $5.50 per day plus $80 refundable security deposit.
• Daily Fee: $5.5 per day (1x security Deposit of $80 after exit form is filled out the last day.
• After The 5th, There Will Be A $35 Late Fee Charge.
• Temporary Parking is $25 per day.
• Payments Can Be Made Via Check, Zelle, Paypal, Cashapp Or Credit Card/debit Card.
• There Will Be An Additional 3% Service Fee For Paypal, Cashapp, Or Credit Card/debit Card. In Adition, Credit Card.
• Payments Can Take Up To 5-7 Business Days To Process.
• Payment Must Clear Before The 5th; Otherwise, It Would Be Considered Late.
• Failure To Pay Your Rent Can Lead To Eviction.
• Every Lesee Is Responsible For Cleaning Their Own Space And Removing Their Trash.
• Absolutely No Trash Are Permitted To Be Thrown Away On Property.
• There Will Be A Fine Of $50 If You Fail To Comply.
• No Utilities (Water Or Electricity) Can Be Used From Property Lessee .
• Understands That Sa Transnational, Or His Agents, Are Not Resposible For Any Damages, Theft, Or Injuries To Lesee Or Anyone Associated With Lesee While On Property.
• Each Lessee Is Responsible For Carrying Their Own Insuranse.
• Absolutely No Unauthorized Vehicle To Be Left On Property.
• If You No Longer Will Rent Storage Unit, You Need To Fill Out An Exit Form One Week Prior To Leaving Unit.
• Any Violations Or Failulre To Pay Can & Will Result In The Termination Of Space Agreement At The Discrepency Of The Owner.

Monthly	Daily
