• • Parking fee is $165 per space/per truck each month via zelle. If paying with Paypal, or Credit Card, there is a $5 service charge by App. So the fee is $170 if using any of the Apps listed above.
  • Refundable Security Deposit of $80 must be paid with first month rent.
  • LESSEE needs to submit a license and photo of the vehicle.
  • Lessee also needs to submit  EXIT form when vacating the parking lot ONE WEEK IN ADVANCE. OTHERWISE, DEPOSIT OF $80 will NOT BE REFUNDED.
  • Payment for parking is due on the 1st of every month.
  • LATE FEE of $35 must be paid must be paid after the 5th.
  • Any unauthorized vehicle may be booted or towed at vehicle/s owner’s expense.
  • Every lessee is responsible for cleaning their own space and removing their trash OR FACE $50 FINE!
  • ABSOLUTELY NO AUTO PARTS, TIRES OR OIL ARE TO BE LEFT ON PROPERTY!
  • OIL CHANGES ARE NOT PERMITTED.
  • Lessee is aware that they cannot use any water/electric source from the property. No utilities are included.
  • Lessee needs to submit a “change of parking” form & obtain approval of parking at a different parking than the original one assigned.
  • Lessee understands that SA Transnational, or his agents, are not responsible for any damages, theft, or injuries to lessee or anyone associated with lessee while on property.
  • Each lessee is responsible for carrying their own insurance.
  • This agreement must be filled out by each lessee, otherwise, they are not authorized to park.
  • ANY VIOLATIONS WILL RESULT IN THE TERMINATION OF SPACE AGREEMENT.
